Tournaments :

Log on to the SRI website, www.Soccer-RI.com, Click on Form & Policies, SRI Forms. Click on E-Travel . You will be taken to the SRI E-Travel Notification Web Page. All you need to complete the E-Travel form is the SRI Certified roster you are traveling with and the information about the tournament you are attending. Follow the directions given and in minutes, you will receive your approved travel form. You do not need to mail rosters to SRI unless you are adding guest players to your roster.

E-Travel offers you a choice of 3 forms:
    Notification of travel to a US Youth Soccer Sanctioned event
    Notice of participation in Friendly(s) Games
    Notice of Participation in Another Organizations Sanctioned Event (outside of US Youth Soccer)
It is your responsibility to know what type of event you are attending. US Youth Soccer tournaments publish their approved US Youth Soccer Permission to Host form on their website or registration form. Many US Youth Soccer State Associations list their sanctioned tournaments on their website. Links to US Youth Soccer State Associations are located at www.USYouthSoccer.org, State Associations.

E-Travel forms need to be completed 5 days prior to leaving for the tournament. SRI will review your online submission and contact you if we have any concerns. You must follow all Soccer Rhode Island Policies on travel, located at www.Soccer-RI.com, Forms and Policies, By-laws.

Any team that does not complete the E-travel form and travels to a tournament or games will be traveling without the benefit of SRI's insurance. The coach may also be sanctioned by Soccer Rhode Island.
