CLCF FALL SOCCER 2008 REGISTRATION

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING

AVOID LONG REGISTRATION LINES. CLCF again is offering a mail-in registration for all returning players. Since the league has grown in popularity, we may not be able to accommodate everyone. Participation is on a first come, first served basis.
Those mailing the registration form by the deadline will be assured a spot if there are enough coaches.

1. MAIL-IN REGISTRATION FEE (POSTMARKED BY MAY 14^th):
$80 each for first & second player (in same family); $50 for each additional player (after 2 : in same family).

2. NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION & THOSE CHOOSING NOT TO MAIL:
Monday May 12^th, 6:00 - 8:00 PM, CLCF Building

3. SOCCER CLINIC REGISTRATION: (4 & 5 year olds and 1^sttime 6 year olds born between 8/1/01 & 7/31/04)
$50 per player; Monday May 12^th, 6:00 - 8:00 PM, CLCF Building
